6686 Sports News on November 13 According to the BBC, Sheffield United is currently negotiating with former Leeds United striker Bamford.

The 31-year-old Bamford comes from the Nottingham Forest youth training and has also played for Chelsea, Crystal Palace, Burnley and other teams during his career. In July 2018, Bamford joined Leeds United. In 7 years, he represented the team in 205 appearances in various competitions, contributed 60 goals and 25 assists, and won two British Championships with the team.

Before the end of this summer window, Bamford reached a termination agreement with Leeds United, leaving the team on a free basis and has been idle ever since. Earlier media reports claimed that La Liga team Getafe was interested in signing Bamford, but the deal ultimately failed to take place.

Sheffield United currently ranks 22nd in the English Championship with only 10 points. The team has scored 11 goals in 15 league games and is the team with the fewest goals in the English Championship. Therefore, the team hopes to sign the former Leeds United striker to strengthen its attack.
